My goal is to comfort, care, relax and improve your body's ability to heal using techniques I have learned over the past 18 years.   Swedish, Deep tissue, myofascial release, Prenatal and Postnatal are some of the modalities I've practiced in this time.  With the intention of improving common health problems such as poor circulation, muscle tension, increasing range of motion, relief from headaches, insomnia, sciatica, and stress to maintain peak health and wellbeing through out any stage of life.
